Reporting to the President, the CFO is responsible for all accounting and office administration functions, forecasting, procurement, reporting, and information systems of the company. This includes accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts that comply with company policies and Canadian accounting standards for private enterprises, cash management, and the establishment of a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets and information. The CFO actively participates in the development and support of the company’s strategic plans and the implementation of the department goals. This position requires the ability to engage and empower the finance team, not only to do their work, but to ensure the implementation of new initiatives is successful. The CFO will be a key member of the A&A executive leadership team and will facilitate both personal success and strong business performance.
