Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Operations Manager is accountable for the overall leadership, management and direction of the Pacer Unit, a subsidiary of Atlas Engineered Products (AEP). The Operations Manager directs and coordinates the activities of all departments at the Pacer Unit, with respect to budget, production, pricing, sales and distribution of products.
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Operational team to achieve increased revenue, profitability, cash generation, productivity and high-quality customer satisfaction. In collaboration with the CFO/Executive VP Finance, the Executive VP of Organizational Development and the VP Operations, the Operations Manager is accountable for developing operational budgets and ensuring budget targets are met through effective, efficient processes and utilization of resources (People, Equipment and Facility). As a representative of the Parent Organization, the Operations Manager will actively promote and implement AEP’s Vision, Mission and Culture as well as compliance of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
The Operations Manager will align the Pacer Unit with the overall organizational goals, objectives and strategies. The Operations Manager is critical in setting tone, culture and acceptance within the group; as well as achieving success, for the assigned Operational Unit, in areas of Product Quality, Efficiency, Customer Focus, Employee Engagement, Team Performance, Profitability and Organic Growth.
