Reporting to the Team Lead of the Enterprise Identity & Applications team this position specializes in activities related to Identity, Access and Directory Services especially related to complex Microsoft Active Directory environments. This role also supports the setup, installation, configuration, implementation, administration and support of associated technologies and infrastructure managed by the team.  This includes cloud, hardware, operating system and software technologies.  This person provides coaching and direction to other team members.

The Identity & Directory Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise Identity & Applications related infrastructure, services and systems at the AGLC.  They will work on the creation, upgrade, maintenance and decommissioning of related AGLC systems. This analyst will determine how best to resolve related issues that they encounter both onsite and, in the cloud, and will need to quickly learn the various tools and technologies used by the Enterprise Identity & Applications team as they perform issue resolution, day-to-day maintenance and new system installation and configuration. They will adhere to applicable IT processes and may develop new processes and procedures where needed.

This Analyst will be working within a team but will also need to work independently on many tasks to ensure deliverable timelines are met. They will often work closely with other business areas during issue resolution or project participation.
