The Human Resources Committee  is a Standing Committee of the ABmunis and AMSC Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for ensuring productivity and risk mitigation of the human resources function with focus on the Chief Executive Officer. The Committee is accountable for ensuring that effective HR processes and practices are established and operate in compliance with Board approved policies and applicable legislation.

As the Subject Matter Expert you will provide input to the Committee on industry best practices for Human Resources, legislative considerations, and governance considerations.

The scope of matters that will be addressed by the Committee includes matters and resolutions pertaining to setting CEO performance expectations and subsequent evaluation; compensation issues; policy; and corporate culture.
