The BC School Superintendents Association Board of Directors recognizes the need for one person to have the overall responsibility for the leadership of the Association. Therefore, the board designates the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) responsibility for overall administration of the Association. The CEO is responsible for providing reports which focus on governance implications and is accountable to the Board for the conduct, management and operation of the Association, for providing leadership in administration, and for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and statutes.
