The Director of Member Engagement provides management and business leadership in supporting the organization’s relationship management, service delivery, and communication functions. As an integral member of the executive team, the Director of Member Engagement contributes to the strategic objectives of the organization and is responsible for developing and executing relationship management, marketing, and communication programs that support BCNET in accomplishing its mission and supporting its vision. The director will lead the organization’s stakeholder engagement strategy and execute a program that will help BCNET to build, maintain, and strengthen its relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, the Director of Member Engagement is responsible for the organization’s professional development and training service portfolio. The director oversees the organization’s corporate brand, marketing and communication strategies, and digital online presence.
