The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is accountable for operational management and delivery of all contracts coupled with Fleet Maintenance.   The COO manages and oversees clients, customers, consultants, suppliers, partner interfaces and relationships, and ensures a high-profile link, accountability to operations, defined service deliverables/metrics and a positive image for the Bouchier Group Operations and Maintenance management teams.  The COO addresses and balances appropriate client concerns and ensures alignment with Bouchier’s business strategies. The COO positively contributes to the strategic direction, performance, growth, and profitability of the business. The COO ensures services delivered by the Operations and Maintenance departments are consistently carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety.

In collaboration with the CEO and Executive Management Team, the COO develops an overall growth strategy and direction for the business. The COO collaborates and endorse bid teams in support of operational strategy/directions in new and existing markets. The role involves close collaboration with all internal and external parties to ensure that bids and contracts balance maximizing profit with minimizing risk. The COO works to retain existing client base and develop strategies to do more for existing clients.
