Reporting to the VP, Administration & CFO, the Executive Director of Human Resources (ED, HR) provides strategic leadership to the College in developing and promoting a positive and effective HR environment in support of the college’s mission, values and strategic plan.

The ED, HR acts as a key advisor to the college executive and senior leadership team to support the achievement of the college’s vision, mission, and mandate by demonstrating superior leadership skills, organizational awareness, and collegiality. The ED, HR provides sound decision-making on a diverse variety of HR matters, working with other members of the college community, government, and external agencies.
