Reporting to the Commission Board, the Regional Water Commission Manager is responsible for the effective overall operations of the Capital Region Northeast Water Services Commission including strategic planning, organization, staffing, direction, administration, financial management, policies, procedures and operations. The Regional Water Commission Manager will be responsible for assessing the Commission’s current strategy, organizational structure, personnel, process, systems, policies, bylaws, and procedures and making recommendations to the Board for continuous improvement.
