Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Manager of Technology Strategies and Digital Transformation is accountable for establishing and executing the CRD’s enterprise-wide IT strategy, while ensuring its alignment with the organization’s business strategy to deliver on its corporate and strategic priorities. As a senior professional leader and expert, and a key business partner with all stakeholders delivering best in class service and positively achieving buy-in and change management needed for results delivery, the Senior Manager has responsibility for the overall vision and strategy of integrating and leveraging technology solutions that meet current and future internal and external customer needs, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of leveraging information and technology in business model design, business processes re-engineering and services development and deployment.
