As the Director of Operations, you will be part of the Executive Management Team and will play a key role in leading the Operations team by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, planning, and overseeing provincial operational activities across Alberta. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will help in providing strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and implement best practices to support organization-wide growth and success. Leading a team of 7 direct reports and a total staff of 45, you will ensure business continuity by assessing risk and ensuring the organization is set up to best support the community.

The position is based in Edmonton, with some travel required.
