The CFO, an executive leadership team (ELT) member reporting to the CEO, falls within the Corporate Internal Services Division of CSFS. Finance is a specialized service focus area that provides a comprehensive suite of financial services and accounting functions by implementing a recommended organizational structure for financial services, procurement, controller, budgeting, reporting, paying for goods and services to vendors, and reimbursing individuals for costs incurred during employment as part of CSFS business activities.

The CFO is accountable for and manages all finance and accounting functions, including risk management and strategic monitoring objectives for the Financial Department and CSFS, by developing financial and operational strategies, implementing and monitoring control systems designed to preserve CSFS assets, and reporting accurate financial results. The CFO determines how CSFS and each department operate to maximize efficiency and productivity to achieve CSFS’s mission, vision, and goals.
