The Executive Director of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Learning (“ED”) is an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member reporting to the COO, responsible for providing strategic leadership and HR best practices, managing, implementing, and supporting all HR functions across the organization. Furthermore, the role oversees and leads all provisions of the Corporate HR Services Department policies and HR programs. The ED works collaboratively with the ELT and all department and program leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic leadership to plan, develop and implement HR strategic policies and programs to enable CSFS to achieve organizational strategic goals, mission, and vision. Ensure organizational compliance with employment and safety legislation.
