CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health – Clinical Director

The Clinical Director partners with the Medical Director and the Chief Executive Officer to ensure clinical and administrative oversight of all CASA programs is effectively carried out to achieve the organizational mission and vision of the organization.

The Clinical Director is accountable to the CEO, contributing to the development of strategic and operating plans for CASA and for the delivery of services. The position is part of the senior leadership team and as such must demonstrate through personal commitment, support for the strategies, values, culture and beliefs of the organization. The Clinical Director must show leadership to ensure that there is an innovative and positive working climate and evidence informed clinical programming.

The position is responsible for ensuring the application of methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness, quality and safety of healthcare delivery in CASA in order that CASA can provide the optimum mental health services to children, adolescents and families using the resources available.
