CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health – Director, People & Culture

The Director, People & Culture is accountable to the CEO for contributing to the development of strategic and operating plans for CASA and for the delivery of services. The position is part of the senior leadership team and as such must demonstrate through personal commitment, support for the strategies, values, culture and beliefs of the organization. The Director must show leadership to ensure that there is an innovative and positive working climate and a family-centred culture. The position is responsible for ensuring the application of methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness, quality and safety of healthcare delivery at CASA in order that CASA can provide the optimum mental health services to children, adolescents and families using the resources available.

The Director of People & Culture is responsible for leading, planning, directing and monitoring the overall management of the region’s human resources; equity, inclusivity and diversity strategies; enterprise risk management, privacy and health information, occupational health and safety and leading the corporate-wide accreditation process.
