Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Services, the Director of National Accounts is the single point of accountability for the success of projects with one or more National Accounts.
The Director National Accounts will be accountable to develop and implement a strategic plan for continued business growth that is aligned with the Chandos overall corporate goals and objectives. Working collaboratively with the regional sales teams, the Director is responsible for identifying new and existing national account opportunities across Canada. As the single point of contact this Director will be develop and nurture strong and long-term client relationships, learning their systems and processes, for an account or group of accounts up to $60 million/year. The Director keeps their finger on the pulse of each project, ensuring consistency of client experience, communication, processes, and quality across all their projects nationally. This role is based in the Mississauga office but periodic travel to client project locations or for other internal or external events will be required.
