The City of Leduc is currently seeking a forward-thinking and collaborative General Manager (GM), Infrastructure & Planning, to join their leadership team. As the head of the Infrastructure & Planning division, the GM will lead strategic initiatives that support the city’s long-term growth and enhance service delivery for the residents.

Reporting to the City Manager, the GM is a member of the Executive Team and is accountable for participating in and supporting the development of corporate strategic plans, strategies and priorities.

The GM leads the implementation of strategic plans at the division level to ensure that Council’s goals are met. The GM ensures that all departments and business units within Infrastructure & Planning are working in collaboration with departments/units across the City to develop and implement programs, services, systems, policies, and procedures that will support the long-term sustainability of the City and its strategic goals.
