Reporting to the Manager, Labour Relations, the Labour Relations Consultant performs all aspects of the labour relation functions, including acting as an advisor and a liaison. The position is responsible for negotiating resolutions with unions regarding a wide range of labour relations issues including acting as a lead negotiator at the bargaining table, grievance handling and preparing/ presenting at third party hearings, researching and interpreting information as well as producing and presenting a variety of reports.
