Reporting to the ED, Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director, Marketing, Brand & Creative (“AD”) will ensure marketing-related functions operate within the structure and scope of an integrated marketing and communications plan cascading from the College’s Strategic Plan. The AD is responsible for strategic and operational responsibilities in carrying out CNC’s marketing, brand and creative functions, including marketing in conjunction with recruitment services in a Strategic Enrolment Management and Marketing (SEMM) framework], digital communications (including web design, social media), brand development , graphic design, publications, and support of owned (content) and purchased (advertising) media.
