Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, the Director, People Services and Total Rewards leads the People Services team and has overall responsibility for the development, management and monitoring of the CLBC People Strategy and corporate people initiatives, programs and services at CLBC that support the organizational strategy and foster a workplace that is consistent with the organization’s mission, vision and values. Accountable for talent (performance) management; talent planning & acquisition; labour and employee relations; compensation and total rewards; HR policy governance; and health, safety, and wellness.
