Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President Academic, the Dean, Faculty of Science will represent and implement the academic and administrative policies and decisions of the university to achieve strategic goals and objectives. The Dean is responsible for the success of the Faculty of Science and as such will have strong academic and business acumen.

The successful candidate will promote a high standard of teaching, research, and community service in the context of collaborative teamwork and the growing diversity of faculty, staff, and students. They will ensure that the Faculty’s research is promoted and enhanced and degree programs are innovative, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of current and future students.
