Reporting to the Deputy Provost and Vice-Provost, Planning and Positioning, the Registrar is the executive officer responsible for the management of the Office of the Registrar. They oversee and manage all registrarial services including degree audit, student records management, the creation of academic artifacts (e.g. transcripts and diplomas), scheduling and examinations, the student information system, the development and application of academic policies, and convocation. A member of the Deputy Provost’s senior team, the Registrar is a key bridge between the University’s administrative and academic units, and ensures that strong relationships are established and maintained in the delivery of services to students, faculty and staff.
