Located in the Greater Toronto Area, the new Canadian Vice President reports to the Division President in the USA and is a key member of the division’s senior leadership and strategic planning team. This role will manage a key team in Ontario with additional team members located globally. As a strategic/hands-on and operations focused executive leader, you are responsible for all aspects of the business unit including operations, engineering, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, finance, human resources, marketing, and sales reporting. This role will have total P&L responsibility with the goal of ensuring that the business unit meets its immediate revenue and profitability targets while executing on a strategy to ensure it achieves the desired long-term growth in their targeted markets.
