As an Organizational Development Partner, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative, College-wide organization development and effectiveness initiatives, strategies, solutions, and services. This role reports to the Associate Director, Organizational Development and works collaboratively to support organizational change initiatives addressing College goals and strategies. Key programs include, but are not limited to: leadership development, professional development, employee experience and support, employee engagement and change leadership. You will be expected to work in close collaboration with key partners across the College, including the College Executive, People Success Partners and operational leaders, to ensure that organizational development initiatives, programs and activities support a culture of high-performance and accountability.
