Our client is seeking a Chief Estimator. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this individual will play a key role in contributing to the organization’s continued growth and success in the future. This position will lead the design, development, and implementation of their standardized estimating process and systems for the region. The Chief Estimator will help promote the organization’s estimating culture to ensure standardized estimating practices, procedures and methods are being consistently applied. They will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to estimating personnel in planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, and training. This will include assessing, building, and sustaining a competent and motivated estimating team to support organization objectives. The Chief Estimator will work closely with the regional leadership in setting regional objectives to ensure the organization is driven to achieving operational excellence in estimating and related activities.
