Our client is focused on attracting an experienced, proven operator with the necessary skills to internally establish the appropriate systems to lease up the facilities and thereafter efficiently operate and optimize revenues each site. As a member of the executive team, the Vice President, Operations (“VPO”) provides direction, vision, and leadership to the organization in order to achieve the strategic goals, top and bottom line growth, and customer satisfaction objectives across BC.
Reporting to the Chairman/CEO and President, the VPO will be accountable for establishing the necessary operating software systems, financial reporting systems, employee incentive plans, and revenue optimization systems, as well as successfully executing overall business and operational strategy. The VPO will set up and then oversee all operations including hiring store managers and all necessary supervision and maintenance functions. In addition, the VPO will share responsibility for the organization’s P/L, providing oversight and guidance to leadership and operations staff across Canada, as well as overseeing regional operations.
