Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the senior management team, the VP Finance (“VP”) is accountable for the leadership of all the financial aspects of the organization’s operations, including asset management, payroll, and procurement. This position, which leads a multi-level team, is responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle; ensuring day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting activities are properly completed; and annual requirements for end-of-year financials, audits, and other deadlines are met. Most importantly, the VP serves as a key advisor to the CEO and the Board, creating financial models to assist with complex, strategic decision-making.
