Reporting to the General Manager, the Director, People & Culture (“Director”) will be responsible for reshaping the HR function and processes of the company to better embrace a culture committed to coaching, mentoring and leadership. They will bring an operational mindset grounded in strong business-case fundamentals, and be comfortable working simultaneously at both the strategic and hands-on levels on a small HR team. The Director will serve as a subject matter expert on all issues relating to HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and will work closely with department heads to solve business problems in a sustainable, root-cause manner. As the ‘driver’ of a strong and healthy culture, the Director will look across the organization for opportunities to support and foster the growth of a high-functioning and cohesive team.
