The Vice President (‘VP’) of Service Delivery will ensure that Connective delivers programs and services that meet or exceed people’s needs by developing structures and supports for the long-term capability of pro-grams across the organization. This position will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to existing programs and identifying new opportunities to achieve Connective’s strategic goals.
