Playing a large role in the growth of the Corporation and enhancing its role as a partner within the financial sector and credit union system in Alberta, the Vice-President Finance & Administration (VP) is primarily responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the financial affairs of the Corporation, corporate governance, administration services and ensuring the Corporation’s responsibilities under the Credit Union Act (including Principal and Ministerial Regulations) related to the deposit guarantee is discharged in an appropriate manner. Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP leads the Finance Department and is also responsible for leading and participating in broader corporate strategic initiatives.
