Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the VP, Manufacturing will be responsible for, in conjunction with subsidiary Presidents and Operation / Production Managers, overseeing and coordinating the efficient production and maintenance of the operations of all DDC’s subsidiaries wherever they are located.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a publicly traded private equity player, interacting with the senior leadership of seven businesses (and more to come), which also requires this person to provide accurate due diligence assessments on target organizations, that will help to drive the overall success of DDC. The leadership teams you will be working with are driven, professional and open to finding new ways to improve efficiencies and grow their businesses, who are mostly based in the Okanagan region, which is an attractive all-season recreation playground to call home.
