Digital Commerce Bank is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) to join its team. This role will provide support to Digital Commerce Bank and its affiliates and related companies including but not limited to Bitvo Inc., Pateno Payments Inc., Digital Commerce Payments Inc., and Fuse Financial Inc. (the “Corporate Group”). The ideal incumbent is highly motivated and results oriented. It is expected that the CCO will be responsible for both strategy and execution, so a hands-on leader with an interest in diving into daily compliance matters is required. The position is based at Digital Commerce Bank’s head office in Calgary, AB with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
