Ducks Unlimited Canada – Regional Conservation PRO Lead

ID# 24-2389 Location: Preference for candidates who reside in Saskatchewan or BC

Under the direction of the National Conservation PRO Lead and with a dotted reporting line to the Director of Regional Operations (DRO), the Regional Conservation PRO Leads (RCPL) provide leadership and advice to the Conservation PRO group with the goal of generating revenue within DUC’s fee-for-service business streams.

A key element to this role is building and maintaining business relationships with prospective and existing clients, raising awareness on DUC relevance, and acquiring new business. The RCPL also acts as an internal resource with the MPO, provincial Conservation PRO, and conservation staff to provide support and guidance on business practices and standards, coordination across provinces and regions, business line operations, and opportunities related to fee-for-service surplus mission-aligned revenue generation.

Ducks Unlimited Canada is currently seeking two (2) members to join this dynamic team. One position will be supporting Prairie provinces and the other will be supporting British Columbia and our Boreal program.

The two successful candidates will each work remotely but preference to reside in Saskatchewan and BC due to some travel required.
