Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for providing impactful, strategic leadership that aligns ESC’s operational priorities with its long-term vision, advancing the organization’s position as Canada’s leading advocate and service provider for the disability community. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will drive initiatives that translate ESC’s mission into strategic, high-impact programs, fostering a strong, unified national presence and elevating brand recognition to expand the reach and resources of Easter Seals across Canada.

As the organization celebrates over a century of service, the CEO will be instrumental in building upon this legacy, inspiring and energizing ESC’s team and partners toward a shared vision and unified goals. They will play a vital role in reigniting momentum after the recent milestone anniversary, creating excitement and motivation across all levels of the organization to continue driving forward impactful change.
