As Force continues to grow, they are creating a new senior leadership role, Vice President Human Resources. The VPHR will sit at the leadership table as a key member of the executive team. Reporting to the CEO, the VPHR is an innovative thinker that appreciates variety and challenge.
The VPHR will build and lead a small team responsible for creating, leading and supporting full-cycle HR strategies and initiatives for Force Inspection, while positively influencing the culture and performance across the organization in collaboration with the executive team.
This role provides effective management of all day-to-day talent focus areas, including strategic leadership, talent planning, employee and leadership development, succession planning and engagement, performance management, compensation planning, payroll and benefit administration.
