The Director of Education will be responsible for choosing and implementing the organization’s Education Model. They will work closely with community advisory groups to shape the Education Program curricula to meet student’s needs. As a mentor, they coach teachers on how to implement the courses and work closely with the Education Authority to ensure rules, laws and regulations are upheld. The Education Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing an Education Program and Policies related to the management and administration of an Education System for the community.
