Reporting to the CFO & VP of Corporate Services, the Director of Property Services is responsible for overseeing the sound management of all Goodwill real estate and vehicle assets, ensuring all facilities and vehicle standards are met. This position is lead negotiator for real estate, with key connections to third party realtors and landlords. Also, the Director leads the procurement function within the organization. The result is that all team members, customers, donors, volunteers and persons served are exposed to clean, safe, comfortable, modern and respectful building and exterior environments consistent with the Goodwill brand and image. Furthermore, the professional relationships with our landlords are held to the highest standard of relationship management.
