Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization in alignment with its mission, vision and strategic objectives to develop long-term stability for Inside Education. Leading a team of three direct reports and a total team of over 15 professionals, the Executive Director builds relationships based on trust and integrity, ensuring collaboration and teamwork is fostered throughout the organization and with key external partners.

This position can be located in either Edmonton or Calgary. Travel is required throughout the province.
