The HR Consultant provides consulting services to support clients in achieving their business objectives. Reporting to the HR Consulting Lead, s/he will have the proven ability to proactively influence senior leaders through identifying trends and opportunities to optimize the people component of their business. Service areas of responsibility relate to management consulting and support in the areas of workforce planning, change management, talent management, and other corporate people programs. The HR Consultant should be comfortable being a part of ICBC’s shift toward a proactive, business partner model for human resources.
