Kalesnikoff is seeking to recruit 3-4 external Advisory Committee members who have the professional expertise to support the company executive leadership by providing advice and guidance on key strategic issues facing the company, mentoring and coaching the next generation of leaders and assisting the company to continue to develop and expand according to the strategic business plan. The Advisory Committee members will also provide the necessary governance for ongoing success and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
