Reporting directly to the Executive Board, the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is the most senior management employee within the society’s structure and is expected to provide effective leadership and to carry out the Board’s mandate for KTC in a responsible manner. The CEO sets the tone for ethical and responsible decision-making, appropriate management, and good governance practices. The Executive Board establishes the overall goals and direction for KTC, but the day-to-day operations of KTC are the responsibility of the CEO.
