Reporting to the Partners and supporting the firm’s Consultants, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as a valued member of a high-performance team, providing research, candidate contact/support and occasional administrative support.
This role provides excellent exposure to the executive recruitment industry sector and is well suited for a dynamic individual who demonstrates initiative, teamwork, a solid understanding of the human resources and recruitment business, and possesses other competencies required to succeed in our organization. Career progression to a recruiting position will be fully supported by leadership.
The successful candidate will contribute their outstanding communication and strong organization skills to enable their team to deliver an outstanding experience to our clients and candidates. They will apply their exceptional writing and editing skills towards creating client deliverables, and research that will be conducted locally, nationally and/or internationally to support the life cycle of an executive search recruitment.
They will interact with candidates in a variety of situations, while managing competing deadlines and supporting client deliverables.
