Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Luther Court Society, the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is accountable for providing leadership in all aspects of the operation, ensuring the strategic objectives and plans for the society, as developed by the Board, are implemented to provide safe and compassionate care to clients of Luther Court and their families, and community programming to enrich the lives of those served. The CEO oversees the effective management of the facilities, programs, and staff, ensuring that the operation of Luther Court meets the standards of the Ministry of Health (MHO) Island Health, BC Housing, Community Care Facilities Licensing, the Victoria Division for Family Practice, and Accreditation Canada.
