Reporting to the President, MAXIMUS Canada, the VP, IT & CIO, (“CIO”) leads the technology vision and strategy for the organization in concert with the other key executives by mapping IT capabilities to the strategic priorities for MAXIMUS and its clients. The CIO provides an interface between the local technology teams (across the country), the corporate teams, the broader Canadian business, and clients. In addition, the CIO sets the strategy and direction for IT and is responsible for the financial and customer commitments related to IT projects, and ensuring IT project execution, technology roadmaps, IT standards, security, architecture, and production support service levels are managed effectively. The CIO will manage technology operations, from customer experience (contact center and web applications) to operational systems (claims processing and pharmacy systems) to back-end functions (email and telephony).
