Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, IT Support helps Merit resolve productivity issues as they relate to IT operations, including ticket escalations from team members. This will be accomplished by:
• Performing question/problem diagnoses and guiding users through to issue resolution
• Communicating technical solutions in user-friendly language
• Conducting end-user training where necessary, and
• Recording all problems/solutions within the Solut ticketing system.
Support services to be delivered remotely and/or on-site as required.
