Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Technical Services is accountable for the strategic leadership of the technical services team including four direct reports: Operations Manager Installation Services, Estimating Manager, Project Manager and Technical Solutions Manager. The Director provides responsive technical service’s resources to the Company with discipline to process, clear lines of accountability, professionalism and a culture of strong customer service to internal and external customers. Technical Services offered include design, engineering, estimating, project management, field supervision and product installation services.
