The Manager, Recruitment and Total Rewards is responsible for planning, developing, designing and implementing a range of programs and processes related to recruitment and total rewards. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of workforce planning and strategic planning to elevate recruitment and sourcing initiatives to attract talent, create an exceptional candidate experience, and build a sustainable talent pipeline. The Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing direction in the areas of compensation, benefits and pension programs, job classification, disability management and employee health and wellness. Reporting directly into this role are the Pension and Benefits Coordinators and the Recruitment Coordinator.
