Established in 1971, the Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) is the oldest Canadian Indigenous Women’s not for profit organization that empowers and supports all Indigenous women and their families in the province of Ontario through research, advocacy, policy, development, and programs that focus on local regional and provincial activities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Community Development will provide strategic direction and leadership in the design, implementation, and administration of the Community Development Portfolio. The Director will ensure that the Community Development Portfolio tells the story of the work that is ongoing to support Indigenous Women.
