The Chief Administrative Officer has overall responsibility for the management and operations of the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO). Under the policy direction of the Chair and Regional Board, the Chief Administrative Officer performs a wide range of complex administrative activities related to the effective operations of the Regional District of Central Okanagan. The Chief Administrative Officer operates under a “single employee model” and is responsible for performing the statutory duties as outlined in the Local Government Act and the Community Charter.
