The Service Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, and managing the Service and Repair operations. They are responsible for driving results related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery by developing short and long-term planning strategies and processes. Leading a team of approximately 17 direct and indirect reports (including journey persons, apprentices and technicians), the Service Manager coordinates the Repair team to meet customer requirements and works closely with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure targets are met.
